Kentucky
Reports of UK's death have been greatly exaggerated. Rupp was rocking for the win in OT vs Missouri (24,380). UK is reinventing itself on the fly. Big game from the backcourt: Goodwin (18 2nd half), Harrow and Mays combined for 19-38 FG, 14-17 FT, 17 RB, 10 assists and 54 points. Cauley-Stein blocked 7 shots and Poythress adding 21 points and 7 rebounds. UK shared the ball and was on the floor for all loose balls. UK is 19-8/10-4. Every time I watch Phil Pressey, I say the say the same thing: Wow and huh?. 24 points, 10 assists and head scratchers late. UK's fiver starters played 225 minutes. Hood/Polson combined for 11 minutes and Wilter 18.
Mike DeCourcy was at the game and has more.

Xavier
Ouch. Xavier had a 17 point second half lead erased in the snap of your fingers. It was unreal. VCU's defense seemed like it had 14 hands on the floor. XU turned it over 22 times. Poor Semaj Christon. When is the last time you've heard of a player committing 10 turnovers in a game? Huge loss when Dee Davis went down. I really like that Rams team. They had more ball movement, screens and penetration in one possession than it seems UC's does in a game. I could watch Brad Redford shoot all day. I can't wait to watch the A-10 conference tournament.
Mike DeCourcy has more on the game.

How about the Clones drawing 7,964 in their win over Wheeling Saturday night?
.....UK's RPI 45, UC's RPI 50.......Did you watch Otto Porter score 33 of Georgetown's 57 points vs Syracuse?, unreal......I watched the Manti Te'o news conference at the combine and was impressed with how he handled it......There was an Alan Cutler fat-head at Rupp Arena! Every time I watch WVU, I think the same thing, I'm worried about the health of Bob Huggins.....I don't often agree with him, but I enjoy Doug Gottlieb talking college basketball. He makes me think and he is not afraid to say something......Impressive post race interview for Tony Stewart on Saturday. He won the race, but realized the gravity of the situation at Daytona.

Bengals
What they are saying about the Bengals in Pittsburgh: They are no longer playing to catch-up to the Steelers. With four of their stars under the age of 26, they are on the precipice of passing the Steelers and joining the Baltimore Ravens as the division heavies, if they haven't already.

From Top 10 to the bubble
Jux Berg, QuickFixSports
Before you take a look at these numbers from the last eight minutes in regulation of this 15-game stretch in which UC has a 7-8 record, go grab a full bottle of Pepto Bismol and a case of Tums. Okay, go ahead and take a hefty swig of Pepto. Here are the stats:

Listener photos
From Justin Cohen: I am a Diehard Cincinnati Sports Fan from Montgomery and a big fan of your show. This weekend, I traveled to Upstate New York to attend the #8 Syracuse vs. #11 Georgetown basketball game at the Carrier Dome. I had floor seats for the game and have attached a picture that I took from my seats. Since the game attracted a record 35,012 fans, I thought you might be able to use this picture on your blog.
