Bengals head coach Marvin lewis said Saturday that offensive lineman Travelle Wharton is out for the season with a right knee injury. Wharton, who is in his ninth season, was the team's first free agency signing during the offseason and one of two new starters on the offensive line. He was injured on the third play of Friday night's 17-6 win over the Jets,

Clint Boling, Otis Hudson and rookie free agent Trevor Robinson are listed as bakcups at left guard.
